What’s New?
The SMS option has been added to the mobile app to facilitate communication between the Recipient/sender and drivers while delivering items in the Deliveries Screen.
Navigation:
Mobile App → Delivery Driver Login → Deliveries Screen → Phone Icon
How does it work?
This option will allow the Driver to communicate with the Recipient/Sender when they are not available to answer the calls.
