What is Snapblooms?

www.snapblooms.com is Hana's florist market place. Snapblooms provides a way for Hana partner florists especially those using our e-commerce product and our digital services a leg up in providing backlinks and give their sites more Power.

Is this Wire service?

Absolutely not. Hana doesn't benefit a single cent from any order placed on the market place. Every single order is sent to local florists to fulfill and we always pay every cent to florist including any tip left by the florist. Only thing we keep is 3.5% for credit card processing.

Even the 3.5% will go away as we build our platform to directly hand over customer to florists along with payment directly processed using florist merchant account. This is a platform which will get direct customers and 100% of the orders for florists using Hana. Period.

But Why Snapblooms.com, are you stealing our orders?

Absolutely not. This is a way for us to attract more florists into our platform and not a way to steal orders and profit from it.

Anyone who spends just few minutes to think about it will realize, there is simply no way to build a business or profit from a marketplace like Snapblooms.

Margins / economics of the orders simply do not work out. Wire service models of business are simply not viable to build in 2022. It is impossible to launch and generate profit from wire service type website for a small company.

We neither run ads for Snapblooms nor intend to solicit orders directly from florists.

So why launch Snapblooms?

very simple. Imagine, Hana sales team being able to proudly tell any perspective florist joining our platform that we are able to get you direct orders apart from providing cutting edge technology and digital marketing efforts.

Retail Floral industry is a lot about technology and digital marketing. Local florists lost out mainly because of new technology. Hana, as a company can absolutely rock it using our digital marketing expertise and our POS technologies. We are showcasing our prowess using this platform and wish to attract more florists to come join us.

Why my website not showing up on Snapblooms?

Snapblooms was launched about a year ago in 2021. Retail floral industry is extremely competitive and it takes years to establish a website and generate orders for florists. We have only recently started seeing some traffic and we were in beta testing with our design and approach.

We feature few florists on our marketplace. We also started automatically featuring florists since Oct 2021. As we see more traffic and orders, our partner sites will start receiving marketplace orders. It might take at least another 12-24 months.

If you are not featured or want to be features on more zip codes, please contact your Hana Support team. We will resolve the same ASAP.

As we grow this platform and we build its traffic, Hana florists will start accruing benefits of the same.

How does the order process work on Snapblooms

Option 1:
Customers will choose a florist and place an order. In this case, order is directly sent to the florist. As of now, we are still doing this manually, by calling and letting the florist know about it.

Option 2
Customer selects a product and enters the delivery address during check-out process. In this situation, Snapbloom site randomly selects a florist for the zip code and sends the order to the florist. Florists using all our services will obviously get priority in this selection. But, we are still an years away from acquiring multiple florists in the same zip code. Right now, all our efforts are towards being able to generate at least few orders per month for each florist using Hana.

This is hard work and takes years to build. This is something which will not happen easily. Competition is very tough in floral industry.

Our Mission:

Imagine a day when we have 3000+ florists on our platform receiving daily orders.

Using this collective power, what do you think of all retail florists advertising directly to customers just like how the 3 big wire companies do?

How much of a  game changer will that be in the floral industry?

Retail florists being able to compete with big wire services in products, offering , marketing and advertising?
ONLY way to reduce wire orders in the industry is to pool up retail florists onto single platform and beat this using technology and SEO.

Hana has both the technology and the SEO team to make this happen as long as we have enough florist accounts joining us.

In every scenario, Hana POS makes zero dollars for any order placed on our market place. Our main mission is to offer a service which provides software, e-commerce, SEO and also orders for florists, thereby help us grow our florist accounts.

What is the Guarantee this will not change?

Hana is strongly committed to this business model and any retail florist is at freedom to call us and sign a contract legally binding us to this business model. We are willing to sign contract with every florist joining us legally binding us to not ever profit from any order placed on Snapblooms.

As the platform grows, Hana POS absolutely will gain indirectly by increasing the number of florists using our solution end to end, but NEVER at the cost of our local florist's customers or their business. We compliment local florists with technology and digital services. Technology and digital marketing services for floral industry, that's our calling, that is our selling point, that is what we do best.
