What’s New?
Florists can now select “Duplicate Order” and “Wrong Payment Option” as reasons when canceling an order.
Navigation:
Order -> Action -> Cancel Order Screen
In the cancel order screen, the Reason Dropdown, you’ll now see the two new options:
Duplicate Order
Wrong Payment Option

Why It Helps
Clearly track why orders are canceled.
Avoid confusion during refunds or order audits.
Improve internal workflows.
