How to Print a Receipt

Hana POS allows you to print order receipts using a configured cash registry. This feature ensures businesses can generate receipts for customers, accounting, and record-keeping purposes.

This guide outlines the steps to print a receipt for an order.


Steps to Print a Receipt

Step 1: Access the Orders Page

  • Navigate to Orders.

The Orders Page will be displayed.


Step 2: Open the Print Receipt Dialog

  • Click the print icon in the row of the order you wish to print.

The Actions Menu will be displayed.

  • Click Print Receipt.

The Print Receipt Dialog will appear.


Step 3: Select Register and Print

  • Select the registry type that is configured on your system from the Register dropdown list.

  • Click Print Receipt.

A success notification will confirm that the receipt has been printed.



Alternative Method

You can also print the receipt by clicking anywhere on the order row to open the Order Details Dialog, then selecting the print icon > Print Receipt.


By following these steps, you can efficiently print receipts for customer transactions, record-keeping, and accounting within Hana POS.
