Is my paper compatible with Hana?

Modified on Sat, 29 Mar at 8:49 PM

Hana POS supports multiple ticket paper formats to accommodate various florist needs. While we support multiple formats, the recommended and most suitable format is provided by John Henry. Below are the details of the different paper formats supported by Hana POS, including their specifications and links for reference.

Recommended Format – John Henry Work Ticket

Hana Superticket

The Ultimate Hana POS Work Ticket is designed to streamline operations by incorporating the delivery ticket, enclosure card, and enclosure envelope into a single ticket. This format is highly recommended due to its convenience and efficiency.

Other Supported Paper Formats

FTD Superticket

This format is widely used for florists working with FTD orders. It provides a compact yet functional design that includes space for essential order details.

  • Paper Size: 4 1/8 x 9 1/2" (flat), 4 1/8 x 3 3/16" (folded)

  • Purchase Link: FTD Superticket

Three Panel Superticket

This format offers a structured and foldable design, providing ample space for details while maintaining a compact size.

Letter Paper Ticket Formats

Hana POS also supports letter-sized tickets in various formats:

  1. FOF Format – Standard letter-sized format with clear work order details.

  2. BMS Letter Ticket Format – Another letter-sized ticket layout for florists.

Hana Legal and Letter Ticket Formats

Hana POS also provides flexibility in ticket printing with variations including:

  • Hana Legal Ticket with a small image of the arrangement

  • Lovingly Format Letter Ticket with Image

  • Hana Regular Letter Format (with and without images)

  • Hana Legal Ticket with a delivery ticket image

These formats cater to different business requirements, providing clear and structured order details while enhancing the presentation of the ticket.

Custom Ticket Format Requests

Hana POS allows florists to request custom ticket designs tailored to their needs. If you require a unique paper format or layout, our development team can design and implement it.

However, since this is a custom request, one-time fee will cover the labor cost of coding and designing the new format. Hana does not profit from this charge—it is solely for the developer’s work.

Once your custom super ticket is ready, there may be some back-and-forth adjustments to ensure it meets your exact specifications. We would like to ask for your patience throughout this process. The estimated timeline for completing a new design is 7-10 working days.

To process your request efficiently, we require the following details:

  • Paper size and dimensions of each panel or window in the superticket.

  • Measurements must be marked on a physical superticket. We recommend writing the dimensions directly on the ticket and taking a clear photo.

  • Could you email the photo along with any additional specifications to our support team?

Providing accurate measurements and details will help our developers create a precise and functional design that meets your business needs.

Conclusion

Hana POS offers a variety of ticket formats to suit different florist workflows. While the John Henry Ultimate Hana POS Work Ticket is the recommended and most efficient format, other options like the FTD Superticket, Three Panel Superticket, and various letter formats provide flexibility based on specific needs. Florists can choose the most suitable format to streamline their order processing and ensure seamless operations.
