  • My WooCommerce integration is broken after we made some changes. What should we do?

    Interface with Hana is broken as it looks like some custom changes are done on your end, most probably changing the names of your custom fields.

    We will have to fix the same on Hana's end.

    If you make changes in your checkout process, it might break the Hana interface and it will help to inform us beforehand. Mostly, refrain from making changes to custom fields and custom field names.

    Typically, we charge you for any such coding effort. Please check with our team before making interface-breaking changes on your end.


  • We added a new field ( Tip field ) to our WooCommerce. Why is it not coming into Hana?

    Any changes made to your check-out process will mean custom programming on Hana's end to bring those changes into Hana. This will cost us time and effort.

    Please contact the Hana Support team to get pricing. Typically, any time we custom change your interface, it will cost no less than $250, to change, test, deploy, and maintain the same.
