Important Note: None of the hardware listed below is mandatory for using Hana Florist POS. You can select the hardware that best fits your business needs. Hana POS works on any computer or device; however, for an optimal experience, we suggest using high-resolution screens and high-performance desktops.

1. What computer is compatible with Hana?

Hana POS works with any Windows or macOS desktop, laptop, or tablet. Below are some options that are commonly used by florists:

Recommended Computers:

• Option 1: New Desktop

  • Dell Inspiron 5415 All-in-One Desktop 
    ( or any similar all-in-one computer. Hana recommends All-in-one computers for flower shops to save space and make them easy to maintain in fast-paced, wet operations like flower shops.)

2. What printer do you recommend?

For general printing needs, we recommend using a laser printer. Below are two options based on whether you need a single tray or dual tray configuration:

  • Recommended for: Printing invoices, order slips, and business documents.

• Single Tray Printer:

3. What receipt printer do you recommend?

For printing customer receipts, we suggest the following USB thermal receipt printer:
